The romantic comedy, So In Love, was premiered at Silverbird Galleria, in Lagos, on May 1, 2015. The movie was produced by Chichi Nworah, and directed by Ike Nnaebue. It stars Bryan Okwara, Belinda Effah, Adunni Adewale, Lilian Esoro, and Mary Lazarus. Morris Sesay held the premiere of his latest movie, Birthday Bash, last Saturday, in Lagos, at Silverbird Galleria. The movie is an excellent comedy about two different sets of robbers who try to rob the same party. It was directed by Desmond Elliot, and it stars among others, Morris Sesay, Yul Edochie, Julius Agwu, Saeed 'Funky Mallam' Mohammed, Belinda Effah, and Tope Tedela. Nollywood practitioners, Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Okey Ezugwu, and Doris Simeon, all became students of the National Open University of Nigeria, when they matriculated at the institution last Saturday. DESMOND ELLIOT, INI EDO, OKEY EZUGWU, DORIS SIMEON MATRICULATE AT NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY

Nollywood acts, Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Okey Ezugwu (producer), and Doris Simeon, returned to school today, when they matriculated at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). The matriculation ceremony took place at Campos Square, Igbosere, Lagos. The four Nollywood practitioners are all ambassadors for NOUN. Desmond Elliot will be studying for an MBA at NOUN, Ini Edo will be studying Law, Okey Ezugwu will be studying Peace and Conflict Resolution, while Doris Simeon will be studying English. We say congrats to them and wish them best of luck in their studies.

"BROTHER'S KEEPER" BAGS TWO AWARDS AT ZUMA FILM FESTIVAL

The movie, Brother's Keeper, which was produced by Okey Ezugwu, bagged two awards at the recently concluded Zuma Film Festival, which took place in Abuja. Omoni Oboli won the award for Best Actress for her role in Brother's Keeper, while Majid Michel got the award for Best Actor, for his role in the movie. This brings to thirteen, the number of awards, which the movie has won to date. It will soon be out on DVD.
