OLU JACOBS AND JOKE SILVA CELEBRATE 33RD WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Today (November 16, 2018) is the 33rd wedding anniversary of iconic Nigerian actors, Olu Jacobs, and Joke Silva. They first met in 1981 at the National Theatre, where Olu Jacobs was co-directing a Wole Soyinka play. They got married 4 years later in 1985. They are blessed with three children (two boys and a girl). We wish them a happy wedding anniversary. 

JOKE SILVA, RAHAMA SADAU, AND AYO AYOOLA, IN 'IF I AM PRESIDENT'

Joke Silva, Rahama Sadau, Ayo Ayoola, are in a new movie, titled If I am a President. The movie was directed by Bright Wonder Obasi, and was released in Nigerian cinemas on November 9. Also in the movie are Bryan Okwara, Bimbo Manuel, Victor Decker, Rekiya Atta, Kayode Aiyegbusi, and Ivie Okujaye.

One Fine Day stars Funke Akindele, Joke Silva, Olu Jacobs, Frederick Leonard, Benjamin Lugo (aka Benjamin Touitou), Memry Savanhu, and newcomer, Bimbo Peters. It is a gripping drama about two sisters Tasha and Nina who experience more than your average share of sibling rivalry which is worsened by Nina’s slightly disturbed state of mind. When a tall, handsome stranger comes to claim Tasha’s hand in marriage, Nina’s behaviour takes a turn for the worse. Could she be up to her usual anti-social tricks or is there more that lies beneath? Find out in this very gripping, unforgettable family drama. WHAT OLU JACOBS AND JOKE SILVA WORE TO THE PRESIDENTIAL GALA

Veteran actor, Olu Jacobs, and his wife, Joke Silva, both attended the Presidential Inauguration Dinner, which took place last Thursday (May 28, 2015). The couple were photographed after the dinner. Joke Silva wore an evening dress from Lanre Da Silva Ajayi's LDA Couture. Olu Jacobs on the other hand wore a beautifully embroidered black agbada. This couple never fail to delight us.

Some of the movies she has appeared in are Violated, Silent Night, Women’s Cot, 30 Days, The Amazing Grace, and Tango With Me.
