'IBU IN SIERRA LEONE' PREMIERES IN LONDON, OCTOBER

The London premiere of the comedy, Ibu in Sierra Leone, will take place at Odeon Cinema (Greenwich) on October 25. Ibu in Sierra Leone was produced by Collins Archie-Pearce, and directed by John Solo. It stars Desmond Finney, John Okafor (aka Mr. Ibu), Salamatu Kuyateh, and Fatima Jabbe. Also in the movie are Ifunanya Igwe, Collins Archie-Pearce, Alunette Kamara, Jeneba Pearce, Salami Carew, and Sia Sogbandi.

JIM IYKE VISITS GAMBIA, UK

Star actor, Jim Iyke, was in Gambia last week on behalf of the Africa Children Talent Development Foundation (ACTDF). The actor has been mandated by the ACTDF to pick two young people each, from some African countries, to receive free education. While in the country, the actor paid a visit to the Gambia Cellular Company (Gamcel). He was accompanied on the visit by George Gomez, former Executive Director of the Gambia National Olympic Committee.
