JOHN OKAFOR TO BE BURIED JUNE 28

Late Nollywood actor, John Okafor (aka Mr. Ibu) will be buried on June 28, in Eziokwe Amuri, Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State. This was made known in a statement released by his brother, Mr. Sunday Okafor. The burial of the actor will be a five-day event beginning on June 25 and ending on June 30. Activities lined up include a novelty football match, candlelight procession, Christian wake, and thanksgiving service.

MR. IBU LOSES MUM

Sad news this one. Nollywood star, John Okafor (aka Mr. Ibu), lost his mother on Saturday morning. The actor publicly announced the news with a post on Facebook. The news has also been confirmed by other Nollywood practitioners who spoke directly with him. May God grant him the fortitude to bear this loss.
