UCHE JOMBO SURVIVES GHASTLY ACCIDENT

Tragedy was narrowly averted on Friday (June 24, 2011) when star Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo was involved in a car accident. According to reports, the accident occurred when she was on her way home, from an event, which took place at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island (Lagos). Uche is said to have hit a culvert, while attempting to avoid running into a car, which had made a sudden turn ahead of her. Her car is said to have spun around several times before it came to a stop, and she herself is said to have been knocked unconscious. According to reports, she was revived and taken to hospital by friends and bystanders who were present at the scene of the accident.

Uche has said she is fine, and has been giving thanks to God for saving her life. She has also thanked all those who have prayed for her and sent her messages, ever since the news of her accident broke. We add our voice to these prayers, and we say enough of untimely death in Nollywood.

Uche is scheduled to premier her trilogy of films - The Damage Movies on Sunday, July 31, 2011. You may leave messages for Uche to wish her well. Your messages of support are always appreciated.
