Alex Usifo, Shan George, and Majid Michel are starring in a new movie tentatively titled Liberation, which is currently being shot in Calabar. The movie is based on a true life story, and it is being directed by Eric Aghimien (A Mile From Home), and also stars Arinze Okonwo, Martha Ankomah, and Chidozie Nzeribe. GHANAIAN STARS PARTY WITH PRINCE DAVID OSEI

City People Entertainment and Club 45, last Friday, held a party in honour of Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei. The party, which was held at Club 45, was attended by several of his colleagues, including Martha Ankomah, Juliet Ibrahim, and James Gardiner. 'THE CARTEL' HITS CINEMAS

The action thriller, The Cartel, opens in cinemas across Nigeria today (June 28). The movie was produced by Chinneylove Eze, and directed by Austin Faani. It was short in Port Harcourt, and stars Luclay Misoya (South Africa), Martha Ankomah (Ghana), Mike Ezuruonye (Nigeria), Elizbeth Gupta-Pam (Tanzania) and John Njamah (Nigeria).
