OGOGO'S DAUGHTER WEDS IN STYLE

Popular actor, Al-Hassan Taiwo (aka Ogogo) recently gave his first daughter out in marriage. The wedding between his daughter, Rasheedat Ololade and Hassan Oluwatoyin took place in Ilaro. The engagement took place on June 16, while the nikkai took place on June 17. For the actor, it was not only a wedding celebration, but also an occasion for thanksgiving. He suffered an illness, which left him bedridden for five years, but he bounced back to reclaim his place in the world of acting. Indeed, it was  a hale and hearty Ogogo who gave his daughter out in marriage.

The town of Ilaro came alive during the engagement and nikkai ceremonies. Apart from the fact that there were lots to eat and drink, the atmosphere at the nikkai was carnival-like. Despite heavy rain, colleagues, friends and fans besieged the multipurpose hall of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, to felicitate with Ogogo. Yinka Quadri, Dele Odule, Abbey Lanre, Alhaji Abdul Rasak (Corporate Pictures Boss), Madam Idowu Philips (Iya Rainbow), Fathia Balogun, Bimbo Akinsanya, Lola Idije, Baba Kekere, Yetunde Wumi, Lizzy Anjorin, Adewale Elesho, Gbolahan Adio Majester, Aina Gold, Sunny Ali, Alesh Onilegbale, were just some of the stars at the wedding. Akanni Olohunwa and a host of other political top shots and society big-wigs were also in attendance. Although, the brief courtship that led to marriage is said to be divine, the latest couple in town, Hassan Oluwatoyin and Rasheedat Ololade, could not conceal their joy. We wish them happy married life. Here are some of the exclusive pictures from the wedding that rocked Ilaro to a standstill.
