LYDIA FORSON'S MOVIE SELECTED FOR 23RD PAN AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL IN LOS ANGELES

Actress cum Writer Lydia Forson's movie 'A Letter from Adam' has been selected for screening in the 23rd Pan African Film Festival (PAFF), 2015, which will take place in Los Angeles. She announced this good news on instagram where she posted a picture of a letter from the PAFF relaying the news.

Nollywood actress cum director, Omoni Oboli, premiered her directorial debut, Being Mrs Elliott, in Accra, on October 17.  The event attracted the crème de la crème of the Ghanaian movie industry. AMAA winner, Lydia Forson, premiered her first poduction, A Letter from Adam, at Silverbird Cinemas, Accra, last Friday (September 19). The premiere was attended by many celebrities, some of whom were Jimmy Jean-Louis, Yvonne Nelson, Yvonne Okoro, Reggie Rockstone, Van Vicker, Elikem Kumordzie, Sandra Ankobiah, and Pascal Amanfo. A Letter From Adam is a romantic drama directed by Atlanta-based Ghanaian director, Sam Kessie. It is a contemporary story about love, loss and hope. Ghanaian stars are set to make an appearance at the AMAA Awards, taking place tomorrow (April 22) in Lagos. Majid Michel, Ama K Abebrese, and Lydia Forson arrived in Lagos this afternoon for the award ceremony. Star actress, Juliet Ibrahim, is also expected to be at the award ceremony. Majid Michel and Ama K Abebrese will be flying the flag for Ghana as they were nominated for Best Actor in a Leading Role, and Best Actress in a Leading Role respectively.
