Kalu Ikeagwu, Iretiola Doyle, and Monalisa Chinda, are starring in a new movie titled The Therapist. The movie is being directed by award-winning director, Lancelot Imasuen. Also in the movie is upcoming actress, Lisa Omorodion.

CELEBRITY BIRTHDAY: IRETIOLA DOYLE


Hip Hip Hooray! Today (May 3) is the birthday of award-winning actress, Iretiola Doyle. She is from Akure, Ondo State. She holds a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Jos. She started acting in 1995, when she got a role in the soap opera, Riddles and Hopes. Some of her movies are Across the Niger, Sitanda, Torn, and The Gods are Not to Blame. In 2014, she won the award for Best Lead Female, at the Nollywood Movies Awards. Join us in wishing her a happy birthday.

Nollywood actress, Beverly Naya, was a year older on Friday (April 17, 2015). Cast members from the soap opera, TINSEL, in which she stars, joined her for a birthday celebration. Some of those who were at the celebration are Iretiola Doyle, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, Linda Ejiofor, Tomi Odunsi, Udoka Oyeka, and Iyke Okechukwu.

TAIWO AJAI-LYCETT, JOKE SILVA, IRETI DOYLE, BIMBO AKINTOLA STAGE 'HEAR WORD' AT MUSHIN MARKET


Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, Joke Silva, Iretiola Doyle, Bimbo Akintola, and several other actresses, staged the play, Hear Word, at Mushin Market in Lagos on Wednesday. The market show attracted a large audience, and the actresses did not interrupt their performance, despite the fact that it began to rain. Hear Word is a play, which explores the challenges everyday Nigerian women face. It will be staged at the MUSON Center in Lagos on May 23, 2014. It is being directed by Ifeoma Fafunwa.
