Nollywood actor and producer, Ebun Oloyede, has released his long awaited movie, Aditu Isokan, on DVD. The movie took him 5 years to produce, and is rumoured to have cost more than 50 million naira. It was shot in Abeokuta, Ile Ile Ife, and Ilesha. It has a cast of over 3000, and it was shot in both English and Yoruba. It stars Ebun Oloyede, Jide Kosoko, Odunlade Adekola, Adebayo Salami, Binta Ayo Mogaji, Bukky Ajayi, Yemi Solade, Femi Ogedengbe, Adewale Ayuba, and Alabi Pasuma.
Nollywood actor and director, Femi Ogedengbe (Ògìdán, Back Drop, Home Breakers), has named his newborn twins (a boy and a girl) Hollywood and Nollywood respectively. The boy was named King Praise Micheal Tochukwu Jesuogbo Timothy Victor and Hollywood. The girl was named Queen Grace Michelle Chimamaka Jesuomeh Peculiar Victoria and Nollywood. According to the proud father, his newborn daughter is the first to be named Nollywood, and his newborn son is the first (at least in Nigeria) to be named Hollywood.
Nollywood actor and director, Femi Ogedengbe, and his wife, Nkechi, held the naming ceremony of their new born twins on Tuesday (June 3, 2014). The event was attended by many of his friends and colleagues, who joined him to celebrate on the joyous ocassion.
