Hip! Hip! Hooray!! Today, (January 12) is the birthday of veteran Nollywood icon, Prince Jide Kosoko. He is from Lagos Island, Lagos State ,Nigeria. He attended the Yaba College of Technology where he Studied Business Administration and he also went to Lagos School of Drama (Theatre Arts). He started acting in 1964 at the age of 10. His major break into the industry was from the movie TAXI DRIVER, in 1983.
Since then he has starred in numerous other movies like Igbudu, Deadly Affair, Family Passion, Living in Pain, Baba Insurance, Eso, Jenifa, Adun Aye, Akanni, Last Flight to Abuja, I'll Take My Chances, The Meeting and others. Prince Jide is an Actor, Writer, Director, Producer, Editing and Administrative Consultant. Join us to celebrate this movie icon today.
