Actor-cum-producer, Morris Sesay, held a screening of his latest production, Birthday Bash, for members of the press on November 18. The screening was held in Surulere at the Afrocentric lifestyle centre, Afriville. Present at the screening were several cast members of the movie cast - Julius Agwu, Saeed 'Funky Mallam' Mohammed, Belinda Effah, Tope Tedela, Uche Iwuanyanwu, and Morris Sesay himself.
Present at the screening were members of the press from Galaxy TV, TVC, The Punch, The Sun, City People, and a host of others.
The film is a slick comedy about two different groups of robbers who attempt to rob a birthday party. It was directed by Desmond Elliott and it is without doubt, one of the best produced Nollywood comedies this year. Yul Edochie, Julius Agwu, Saeed 'Funky Mallam' Mohammed, and Jude Orhorha deliver particularly outstanding performances in the movie. It is certainly one of Morris Sesay's best outings as an actor and a producer.
Birthday Bash will be in cinemas from November 28, 2014. It is a must watch movie. It will have you laughing from beginning to end
