Nollywood actor, Joseph Benjamin, was recently seen with reggae artiste, Victor Essiet, of The Mandators fame. The two were seen at an event, which took place in The Marque, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos. Victor Essiet was a popular reggae artiste during the 90s. He recently returned to Nigeria after 20 years in the United States. He was one half of the reggae duo, The Mandators, which released hit tracks such as Crisis, and Rat Race.
