Hip Hip Hooray! Today (July 14) is the birthday of popular Nollywood actress, Uche Elendu. She is from Abia State (Nigeria). She attended Imo State University, where she studied International Relations. Her first movie was Fear of the Unkown (2002). Some of her other movies are Engagement Ring, Behind The Crown, and Emotional Battle. She is married to Prince Walter Igweanyimba and they have two children (a boy and a girl). Ebele Okaro-Onyiuke, Diamond Okechi, and Uche Elendu, star in a recently completed movie with the working title, Land of Witches. It is most likely that the movie will be released under a different name. Also in the movie are Apostle Nwankwo, Stanley Danjumbo, and Chizzy Alichi. Ebube Nwagbo, Uche Elendu, and Zubby Michael, star in a recently completed Igbo language movie, with the working title Ara Sarafina. The movie is about a man named Morocco (Zubby Michael), who loves women with big breasts. More than likely, the movie will have a different title when it is released. Also in the movie are Sarafina Amaechi, Paschaline Alex Okoli, and Egbeigwe Apama. Clarion Chukwurah on the set of Betrayed by Love

Winner of the AMAA 2014 award for Best Actress in a Leading Role, Clarion Chukwurah, is back on set in Owerri. She is starring in a new movie titled Betrayal by Love, which is being directed by Reginald Ebere. Also appearing in the movie are Amaechi Muonagor, Uche Elendu, and Prince Nwafor. The costumier for the production is Andy Ike. This will be the second movie, Clarion Chukwurah and Prince Nwafor will be shooting with Reginald Ebere this year - the first was Mother's Secret, which was completed in May.

PETE EDOCHIE STARS IN 'THE PATRIOTS'

Veteran actor, Pete Edochie stars in a new movie produced by Lolo of Edgrace Productions, and directed by Kalu Anya Kalu. The movie, which has the working title, The Patriots, also has Queen Nwokoye, Adaora Ukoh, Uche Elendu, Paul Sambo, and Chinyere Nwabueze. The movie explores the bad side side of politics in a peculiar state. A release date for the movie has not yet been announced.

Nollywood actress, Uche Elendu, recently tweeted a location picture of herself, from a new film, titled TWO SISTERS. The makeup artist had done so much work on her, we could hardly recognize her! The movie also has Mike Ezuruonye, Chinyere Wilfred, Chidi Ihezie, and Uchenna Nnanna. It is being directed by Austin Faani and Obinna Ukaeze for Best movies.
