COMING SOON: 'ITORO'S TEARS' STARRING EMEM UDONQUAK, MONALISA CHINDA, KALU IKEAGWU AND YEMI BLAQ

The movie, Itoro's Tears (directed by Moses Inwang), will soon be released. It stars Emem Udonquak, Monalisa Chinda, Kalu Ikeagwu, and Yemi Blaq. Also in the movie are Uche Jombo and Ekpenyong Bassey Inyang. The movie is one of the 35  movies approved for releaase in May, and it has a rating of '18.' Watch out for it!

Nelson Jombo Productions produces her first ever movie, titled My Rich Boyfriend. The movie parades some of the most sought-after actors in Nollywood. The movie stars Kalu Ikeagwu, Alexx Ekubo, Ruth Kadiri, Bayray McNwizu, IK Ogbonna, May Owen, and Christy Okonkwo. It is currently being shot in Lagos, and it is being directed by Ike Nnaebue (A Mother's Fight, Keeping My Man). Nelson Jombo is the Executive Producer of the movie. Nwaogburu Nelson and Gabriel Paul Aguwa.

Kalu Ikeagwu, Mary Njoku (nee Remmy), Mary Lazarus, and Moyo Lawal, are starring in a new movie titled A Night for Sex. The movie, which is currently being shot in Ikeja, Lagos, is being directed by Biodun Williams. From what we have learnt, Mary Lazarus and Mary Njoku are sisters in the movie, while Kalu Ikeagwu and Mary Njoku are archenemies. In a departure from usual practice, the producers of the movie had a set purposely built for the movie. A Night for Sex is a production of AVF and 50 Naira Story.

KENNETH OKONKWO, JULIUS AGWU, CHIOMA AKPOTHA, UCHE JOMBO ON THE SET OF OMONI OBOLI'S 'WIVES ON STRIKE'

Nollywood star, Omoni Oboli, has just finished directing her third movie, titled Wives on Strike. The movie stars an impressive cast, which includes Kenneth Okonkwo, Julius Agwu, Uche Jombo, Chioma Akpotha, Kalu Ikeagwu, Ufuoma Ejenobor, Kehinde Bankole, and Omoni Oboli herself. Arik Air supported the movie, by allowing the crew of the film to shoot on one of their planes. Check out some location pictures from the hilarious production below.

TRAILER: ACCIDENT

Accident is a thriller directed by Teco Benson. The movie stars Chioma Akpotha, Kalu Ikeagwu, Frederick Leonard, Wale Macaulay, and Cassandra Odita. The movie revolves around Chy, a top female lawyer who gets a divorce case from an affluent client whose grounds for seeking divorce stems from his wife’s inability to satisfy him in bed. Chy dismisses the reason as strange and trivial for a man who has just been married for 19 months, and tries to persuade him to dump the case, to no avail. Something unimaginable happened and Chy gets her fingers burnt. Events take a new turn as she becomes enmeshed in a web of ethical disaster. Accident will be released soon. Enjoy the trailer!

Uche Jombo recently took her latest movie, Damage on a tour of the UK. The movie was screened in London, and Coventry, to appreciative audiences. The UK tour followed the successful world premier of the movie, which took place in Lagos (Nigeria). Several top Nollywood stars lent their support to the UK tour of Damage.

‘Damage’ the new film produced by Uche Jombo, berthed at I-Cinema in the Garden city,Port Harcourt on Saturday, 13th of August 2011 in an event tagged the ‘Damage Movie: Meet & Greet’. Kalu Ikeagwu and Uche Jombo arrived from Lagos with a team of journalists to attend the event.  After a brief stop over in Cool FM and Wazobia FM Port Harcourt, where they bantered with callers, they then proceeded to the venue, the I-Cinema for the event.
