Nollywood star, Genevieve Nnaji, has said that she could have gone to Hollywood at anytime if she so chose. However, she had a dream to build an industry in Nigeria, similar to Hollywood, that could tell the story of our own people.

Nollywood star, Genevieve Nnaji, has been on vacation in Mexico, with some of her close circle of friends. On vacation with her in Mexico are Oluchi Orlandi, Ojy Okpe, and Chinny Onwugbenu. The ladies have been staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba, which is in the Riviera Maya resort district.

WHAT GENEVIEVE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ... YET

Genevieve Nnaji recently completed work on her first movie, which was shot in Lagos. All the actors who participated in the production signed contracts which barred them from speaking about the movie. However, it is impossible to keep a project this big entirely quiet. This is what we know. The movie was produced by Genevieve and directed by Ishaya Bako. It stars Genevieve and Oris Erhuero (a British actor of Nigerian descent). Also in the movie are Ebele Okaro-Onyiuke, Chioma Omeruah (aka Chigul), and Majid Michel. No title or release date for the movie has been made public yet.
