Nollywood actress cum director, Omoni Oboli, premiered her directorial debut, Being Mrs Elliott, in Accra, on October 17.  The event attracted the crème de la crème of the Ghanaian movie industry. Notable individuals present at the premiere include Kunle Afolayan, Wale Ojo, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Lydia Forson, Ambassador Musiliu Obanikoro, Otunba Dele Momodu, Ama K Abebrese, Roselyn Ngissah, and Lexis Bill.
