Acclaimed filmmaker, Biodun Stephen, will premiere her latest film, Our Father, in Toronto, on Sunday (July 17, 2024). The premiere will take place at the Birra Moretti Theatre in the historic Distillery District. The premiere is part of activities for the Lavazza Inclucity Festival.
Our Father was written by Akay Mason and directed by Biodun Stephen for Eliroze Entertainment. It was produced by Modupe Fakorede and Audrey Edak Harrison. The cast of Our Father includes Etim Effiong, Uche Montana, Audrey Edak Harrison, Mike Afolarin, Obed David, Adediwura Adesegha, Ogunleye Oluwatosin (aka Bro Bouche), and Olarotimi Fakunle.
Synopsis
A destitute and disillusioned father seeks to reconnect with his family after years of abandoning them to chase his musical dreams; only to discover one of his children is now a national music sensation
