NOLLYWOOD ACTOR, EMEKA OKOYE, SURVIVES ROBBERY ATTACK

Nollywood actor, Emeka Okoye, survived a robbery attack which took place around 7pm last Monday (May 27). around Umunya axis in Anambra. The actor was travelling from Lagos to Enugu for a job with Greenville Productions (owned by the Aneke Twins) when the attack took place. He was dispossessed of all his valuables during the attack, and he was shot at several times. Fortunately, he escaped without sustaining any major injury. He has been treated for the injuries, which he sustained, and he is now ready to go back to work.

Following this traumatic experience, the actor has called on the government to put more effort into ensuring security in Asaba, Onitsha, and Awka. Emeka Okoye is best known for his role has Papa Pepe in Jenifa's Diary. He has also appeared in numerous movies, such as Love and a Crowd, Ojuju, and Complicated Affair.
