Award winning actor, Wale Ojo, has lost his mother, Mrs. Teresa Ojo. The actor announced her death via Instagram on Saturday (June 1, 2024). He posted a picture of himself and his mother, with the caption:
My world has crashed all around me. Mama is gone. Goodnight Mum. I will miss you terribly, terribly...
Her death comes 3 weeks after the actor won the highly coveted AMVCA award for Best Actor, which he dedicated to her.
Mrs. Teresa Ojo was also an actress, and she was very supportive of Wale Ojo's career. He credits her as one of the major influences on his career. The late Mrs. Teresa Ojo was an indigene of Opoji in Edo State.
