Nollywood star, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, was a special guest at the Congolese film festival, CINEF 2015, celebrating female filmmakers, which took place in Kinshasa last week. As soon as she arrived in Kinshsha, she was whisked to popular TV and radio stations, B-One TV and Radio Okapi, respectively. She also met up with with fellow actress and filmmaker Chika Chika Chukwu , who was showing her movie at the festival.
Omotola had a meeting with government officials, while in Kinshasa, to discuss the success of Nollywood and how the Congo film industry could thrive. For the closing ceremony of CINEF, which had the French ambassador in attendance, Omotola was styled by Ezinne Chinkata, and she wore a red dress by Nigerian designer, Gozel Green.
