DESMOND ELLIOTT DENIES SHARING MONEY ON ELECTION DAY

Desmond Elliott, who is running for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly, got more than he bargained for, when he tweeted a picture of himself handing out money to police officers during his campaign. The picture sparked allegations that he was bribing police officers at a polling unit, which could not be true, because the picture was tweeted on Friday - a day before the election. The actor has denied the allegations, but whatever be the case, it was not wise of him to put out such a picture.
