Nollywood star, Stephanie Linus, was at the National Assembly today, to support the renewed push for the passage of the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Bill (VAPP). The bill, which was first introduced in 2003, seeks among other things to eliminate or reduced gender-based violence. The Nollywood star is well known for her advocacy for women issues.
