Burial arrangements have been announced for the father of Nollywood star, Ofiafuluagu Mbaka, who passed away some weeks ago. His father was Chief Dennis O. Mbaka, the Ofia'afuluagu Nkemakonam 1 of Etiti Amokwe. On June 3, 2014, a vigil mass will be held at the residence of the deceased, at No. 83, Nike Road, Abakpa Nike, Enugu. On June 5, 2014, a wake keep will be held at his hometown, Ogbuagu, Idedu, Etiti Amokwe, in Udi L.G.A, of Enugu State. Funeral mass for the deceased will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Idede, Amokwe, on June 6, 2014, after which interment will follow. Thanksgiving service will follow on June 8, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Idede, Amokwe.
The son of the deceased, Ofiafualuagu Mbaka, is a former chairman of the Enugu State chapter of the Actors Guild of Nigeria. He has appeared in movies such as Heaven After Hell, My Idol, Wind of Glory, and Church Business. We pray that God grants him the fortitude to bear this loss.
