EMMA EHUMADU SURVIVES ACCIDENT ON LOCATION

Popular Nollywood actor, Emma Ehumadu, was involved in an accident yesterday (March 13), while shooting a movie in Asaba. The accident occurred around 2pm, during the filming of an armed robbery scene. At the time, Emma Ehumadu and Zubby Michael were in a car, which was being driven by Jim Iyke. Unfortunately, the brakes of the car failed, and during Jim Iyke's attempt to avoid hitting bystanders, Emma Ehumadu was hit on the head by the open door of a stationary vehicle. Jim Iyke immediately drove the injured actor to the hospital, while Zubby Michael administered first aid to him.
The actor was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where he was promptly attended to by staff. The quick decision to drive the actor straight to hospital, as well as the immediate administration of first aid may have saved his life. The actor is said to be back on his feet, although he is yet to be discharged from hospital.
