Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic, recently attended a fundraiser for the One Million Woman for Endometriosis Worldwide, which took place at the Radisson Blu, in Lagos. The One Million Woman for Endometriosis Worldwide is an initiative aimed at fighting endometriosis. Endometriosis is health disorder that occurs when the endometrium (cells lining the uterus) grow in other areas of the body. It often leads to pain, irregular bleeding and problems getting pregnant. It occurs in 5-10 percent of women within reproductive age group (15-44 years) worldwide.
