Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State (Nigeria), has pledged that the Enugu State government will give, the late veteran actor, Sam Loco Efe, a state burial.
The late actor passed away in the early hours of Sunday (Aug. 7, 2011) in the city of Owerri, where he was working on a movie. Even though the late actor is from Edo State, he was born in Enugu.

Meanwhile, more people continue to pay tributes to the late actor. Nollywood stars, Chioma Akpotha, Emeka Amakeze, and Adaora Ukoh, are just three of the many, who have paid tribute to him.

"Uncle Sam was a prolific and seasoned actor. His death came as a shock and this is one too many. He shall be greatly missed by all. May God give his family the fortitude to bear this huge loss. Rest in peace Uncle Sam....Rest!"

ReplyDeleteI cant believe that uncle sam loco is dead , i liked his films because he was too funny throught his acting. he was my best comedian in all the nigerian films. he was naturally funny and he was born a comedian . his wise sayings, the funny talks with the funny coughing hmhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmm. they made my days . i would lough off my back .am going to miss him soo much on my screen .
