NOLLYWOOD STARS TURN OUT FOR UCHE JOMBO

It was a gathering of stars last night at the world premiere of Uche Jombo's impressive new movie, Damage. The cream of Nollywood came out to support one of their one. The premier was a remarkable success. The first to arrive on the red carpet was Emmanuel Ehumadu, and Lizzy Ikemefuna.
They were followed by Chidi Mokeme, whose arrival set off a media frenzy as press men struggled to take pictures of him, and interview him. After that, there came an almost endless stream of stars, each one setting off a media stampede. The roll call included Stella Damasus, Ini Edo Ehiagwina, Tonto Dikeh, Rukky Sanda, Funke Akindele, Kalu Ikeagwu, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Blessing Effiom, Moses Inwang, Iyabo Ojo, Beverly Naya, Daniel Ademinokan, Simeon Ademinokan, Ali Nuhu, Uche Jombo herself, and many more. 

After the red carpet was closed, guests went in to watch the movie, which starred Uche Jombo, Kalu Ikeagwu, and Bosorge Tariah Jnr. It was simply amazing - a testament to hardwork and sheer talent. Uche Jombo and Kalu Ikeagwu, delivered performances, which were simply impressive. It was one exciting and dramatic scene after the other for the whole length of the movie. Kudos must also go to the director, Moses Inwang who is fast making a name for himself. The production quality was just impressive. Our verdict after watching the movie is that Damage is not just a good Nollywood film, it is a good film - period. Damage starts showing in the cinemas from August 5 - don't miss it.
