HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLES OKAFOR!

Today is the birthday of Charles Okafor, a talented actor, and veteran of Nollywood, he is perhaps best known for his role as Agu, in the 1999 epic movie, Igodo. Charles Okafor was born July 23, 1960. He had his primary education at Araromi Primary School One, Olodi Apapa, Lagos (Nigeria). He attended St. Gregory's College, Ikoyi (Nigeria).
He went on to study Theatre Arts at the University of Port-Harcourt, graduating in 1993, with a Second Class Upper. He further went on to obtain a a masters degree in Political Science and International Relations. He worked for six years with the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission before resigning to go into full time acting.

Talented, handsome, and articulate, he has starred in over 78 movies. These include Domitilla, Rituals, Oracle, Lost Kingdom, Saving Alero, Igodo, Boiling Point, Between Love, and Forest of Promises. He also produced, directed and featured in Ocean Deep (2007), and Sting (2006). Join us in wishing this Nollywood veteran a happy birthday.
