The movie, What About Us?, directed by acclaimed filmmaker, Kayode Kasum, will open in cinemas across Nigeria, on July 12. The film is a venture into filmmaking by Pastor Emmanuel Iren of Celebration Church International, who is the Executive Producer of the film.
Creative siblings, Tunde Aladese and Teniola Aladese, have lost their father, J.F Aladese, on June 21, 2024. The siblings are both forces to reckon with in the Nigerian film industry. Tunde Aladese is an actor and screenwriter. Her acting credits include, Confusion Na Wa, The Lost Cafe, and Hello, Rain. Her writing credits include Tinsel, Hotel Majestic, and Ajoche, to name a few.
Teniola Aladese is an accomplished actor. In 2022, she won the Trailblazer award at the AMVCA. Her acting credits include Domitilla, Love in a Pandemic, Little Black Book, Soólè, and Sneaky Link, to name a few. May God comfort both of them in this time of grief.
