Mike Ezuruonye, Nonso Diobi, and Mercy Aigbe, are in the comedy, Lagos Fake Real Life. The movie was directed by Mike Ezuruonye, and it hits cinemas across Nigeria on November 16. Also in the movie are Odunlade Adekola, Annie Idibia, IK Ogbonna, Chinedu Emmanuel (Nedu Wazobia), and Emmanuella Samuel. Lagos Real Fake Life is a true life comedy, which realistically showcases the fake lifestyle of some people who reside in, or even visit Lagos.

Nonso Diobi, Harry B, and Chita Agwu, are starring in a new production, which is currently being shot in Awka, Anambra State. The movie, which is titled Royal Gateman, is being directed by Sound Mind. Also appearing in the movie are Joy Helen, Prince Gozie Okeke (aka Akanchawa,chita), Onyi Alex, Nichole Banna, and Vincent Opurum. The movie is a production of Rise and Shine Productions.

NONSO DIOBI IMPERSONATOR ATTEMPTS TO DUPE SOUTH AFRICAN LADY VIA TWITTER

An individual who has been impersonating Nollywood star, Nonso Diobi, on Twitter, has attempted to dupe a South African lady. The impostor, who uses the Twitter handle, @nonsodiobiworid, established contact with the lady on Twitter, and later began speaking to her over the phone. He asked the lady for financial assistance to help him pay for a heart operation for his mother. The scam was busted when the lady reached out to us via our Twitter handle, @nollywoodtweets, to confirm if he was genuine or not. We immediately let her know that he was a fraud.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NONSO!

Today (July 17) is the birthday of star actor, Nonso Diobi. He was born in Enugu (Nigeria), but he is a native of Nawfia, in Anambra State. He studied Theatre Arts at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State. Nonso discovered his acting ability in church, but he appeared in his first Nollwood movie, Hatred, in the year 2000. From this humble beginning, he has grown to become one of the major actors in Nollywood. Some of his movies are Boy's Cot, War Game, Black Bra, and Across The Bridge.

‘Damage’ the new film produced by Uche Jombo, berthed at I-Cinema in the Garden city,Port Harcourt on Saturday, 13th of August 2011 in an event tagged the ‘Damage Movie: Meet & Greet’.
