The
Republic of The Gambia on Wednesday, Feb 18, received a Federal Government
delegation from Nigeria led by Vice President Namadi Sambo at the 50th
independence anniversary celebration of Gambia. The ceremony which held at the
Independence Stadium in Banjul the Gambian capital was well attended by

Patience Ozokwor, Chinedu Ikedieze, Segun Arinze,
Kanayo. O. Kanayo, Chief Chika Okpala (Zebrudaya), Monalisa Chinda and Francis
Duru were in attendance.
Other
Members of the delegation included the Governor of Benue State, Dr. Gabriel
Suswam, and the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Akinwumi Adeshina.
