Hooray! Nollywood actor cum producer, Odunlade Adekola celebrates birthday today (December 31). Odunlade Adekola was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He attended Saint John R.C.M Primary School, Abeokuta for his primary school education and later went to Saint Peter’s College, Olomore, Abeokuta for his secondary education. After surfacing in the Nigerian Yoruba movie industry some years ago, Odunlade Adekola has since become a household name in the movie industry, both in Nigeria and beyond.
Odunlade Adekola has featured in over 70 Yoruba movies, some of which are Asiri Gomina Wa, Tani Olorun, Oja Odaju, Kobamajewo, Ila Owo (producer), Farapamo (producer), Oloru Owu, Emi nire kan (producer), Iwa Eniyan, Eje fun Eje (producer), Diekola, Baba Super (producer) and many more. In 2012, he won Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Yoruba Movie Academy Awards. Happy birthday Odunlade.
