FUNKE AKINDELE WINS BEST ACTRESS AT NIGERIA ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS

Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, won the award for Best Actress in a Lead Role at the 9th Nigeria Entertainment Awards, which took place in New York last Sunday (August 31). She won the award for her role as Agnetta in the comedy, Agnetta (O' Mpa). She bested Nse Ikpe-Etim (Journey to Self), Damilola Adegbite (Flower Girl), Chioma Akpotha (Accident) and Daniella Okeke (Lagos Cougars) to win the award. We say congrats to her.
