FRANCIS DURU, CHIOMA AKPOTHA, DORIS SIMEON, SANI DANJA APPOINTED BRAND AMBASSADORS FOR NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY


Francis Duru, Chioma Akpotha, Doris Simeon, and Sani Danja, were yesterday (June 25, 2014) unveiled as brand ambassadors for the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). The unveiling took place in Lagos, at the Victoria Island office of the institution. The three thespians were all awarded scholarships to study at the university, and were presented with letters of admission by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Vincent Tenebe.

An elated Doris Simeon said: “It’s not just a honour but a joyful one to be among students of the National Open University. I’m glad for the honour bestowed on me and some of my colleagues and I would take the golden chance to not only promote the institution but also learn and be more informed.” 

Nollywood stars, Kenneth Okonkwo and Ini Edo were also recently appointed as brand ambassadors for NOUN.
