JIM IYKE VISITS GAMBIA, UK

Star actor, Jim Iyke, was in Gambia last week on behalf of the Africa Children Talent Development Foundation (ACTDF). The actor has been mandated by the ACTDF to pick two young people each, from some African countries, to receive free education. While in the country, the actor paid a visit to the Gambia Cellular Company (Gamcel). He was accompanied on the visit by George Gomez, former Executive Director of the Gambia National Olympic Committee.

Addressing officials of Gamcel, the actor explained that the ACTDF initiative was targeted at highly talented young people, between the ages of 16 and 26, who are underprivileged. He also said that he was using his visit as an opportunity to see how he could assist in moving the Gambian film industry forward.

After his visit to Gambia, the next stop for the actor was London (UK), where he attended the world premiere of the movie, Last Flight To Abuja, in which he featured. The premiere took place last Friday (June 8) at Troxy Cinema. According to reports, the Nollywood bad boy proved to be somewhat shy on the night, much to the surprise of some of the people who attended the premiere. The actor attended the premiere sporting a stylish mohawk hairstyle - you like? By the way, does anyone know the make of his eyewear?
