GABRIEL AFOLAYAN IS THE SHIZZLE!

Gabriel Afolayan is one of the most talented young actors in the industry today. This was recently confirmed when he won two awards at the Nollywood Movies Awards, and one, at the Yoruba Movie Academy Awards. At the Nollywood Movies Awards, which was held on June 2, he won the Rising Star award, as well as the award for Best Supporting Actor, for his role in the movie, Ghetto Dreamz. One day later, he won the award for Most Promising Actor at the Yoruba Movie Academy Awards.


 Gabriel Afolayan is the son of late film and theatre director, Adeyemi Afolayan, who was popularly known as Ade Love. He started acting in the 90's, and his first movie appearance was in the short film, F'opawon by Moses Olaiya (a.k.a Baba Sala). He also featured in the the classic, Madam Dearest. He won over a new generation of fans with his role as Jimi in Because You Loved Me (Super Story). 

 A versatile actor, who is comfortable in both English and Yoruba films, Gabriel Afolayan is a graduate of Theatre Arts from University of Ibadan. Apart from acting, he is also into music, and he has a banging new single titled Kokoro Ife (Love Bug). Fans can expect to see him this year in Heroes and Zeroes, and also in the musical thriller, Hoodrush. 

 With all these accomplishments and talent, you can see why we say Gabriel Afolayan is the shizzle! This actor has a lot to offer the industry, and we are certain that his best is yet to come.

    -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I
    recieve four emails with the same comment. Is there
