YORUBA MOVIE ACADEMY AWARDS HOLDS JUNE 3

It has been announced that the inaugural edition of the Yoruba Movie Academy Awards will take place June 3 at the June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta. This was made known by the organisers of the award ceremony at a press briefing, which took place recently in Abeokuta. 



Fathia Balogun, Toyin Aimakhu, Funke Akindele, Bimbo Akintola, and Mosun Filani have been nominated for the Best Actress in a Leading Role award. In the male category, Yomi Fash Lanso, Odunlade Adekola, Muyiwa Ademola, Femi Adebayo, and Femi Branch have been nominated for the Best Actor in a Leading Role award.
