FUNKE AKINDELE IS NOW MARRIED!

In a move, which caught many people (including us) by surprise, Funke Akindele actually had her wedding today (May 26). It had previously been announced that the actress would be having her engagement today, and her wedding would come up later in December, However, she had her traditional engagement, as well as her wedding. The event took place at Haven Events Centre in Ikeja (Lagos State), as opposed to All Seasons Plaza, which had earlier been announced as the venue of the ceremony.

Present at the wedding were top Nollywood stars such as Genevieve Nnaji, Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Chioma Akpotha, Odunola Adekola, Ireti Bakare, Lola Margret, Tayo Odueke, and Bimbo Thomas. Music stars, elDee, Tiwa Savage, and Tosin Martins rendered special numbers at the wedding.The wedding was anchored by Gbenga Adeyinka. We wish Funke Akindele and her husband, Alhaji Kenny Almaroof a happy married life.
